HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET TATTOOED?
I charge an hourly rate of $175 for tattooing. A deposit of $175 is required to hold an appointment. The deposit is subtracted from the final cost on the last session. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to other days with a minimum of 48 hrs notice.

My consultation and design process is free of charge. A consultation usually takes 10-30 minutes. Even if your idea is vague, I can help with the entire conceptual process. It is my goal to create an image that will be the best version of what each of my clients has in mind. This includes placement, flow and fit of each design to the particular body part where the image is to be applied. I like to keep the process collaborative whenever possible.
WHAT CAN BE DONE TO MANAGE THE PAIN INVOLVED IN GETTING A TATTOO?
Getting a tattoo can be a painful process. There are several things that can be done about that. On my end, 25 years of experience makes the process quick and consistent. Less time in the skin means less pain and less trauma which contributes to an easier healing experience. Once the skin is broken, I begin to apply a solution containing lidocaine to lessen the irritation. There are a few things the client can do as well. Arriving well rested and fed is important. Getting tattooed with a hangover or when sick is an uncomfortable experience; try to avoid it. Meditation and other mental disciplines are very helpful in enduring long sessions as acceptance of the pain is essential to a easy session.
